I like to make bad jokes and good software. I enjoy working on hard problems, learning new things, and building productive and pragmatic teams.

I'm a software engineer with a focus on mobile, frontend, and backend development. I've been writing code for over a decade and a half and have worked in a variety of industries, including finance, social media, and transportation/food delivery.

I'm a big fan of open source software and have contributed to a variety of projects over the years. I'm also a big advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech and have worked with a number of organizations to help promote these values.

I've worked at Uber for the last few years, where I've had the opportunity to work on a number of interesting projects. I'm currently a Staff Engineer on the Eats Mobile Platform team, where I help build the mobile infrastructure for apps that power Uber Eats. Before that, I worked in Financial Products where I led an effort to ship two banks in under a year!

I am more than my work. I am a husband, father, and Goldendoodle 🐕 owner. I enjoy spending time with my family, working on puzzles, playing video games, and watching movies. I also enjoy reading a plethora of subjects. I'm a big fan of science fiction, fantasy, and non-fiction books.

I'm a big fan of music and enjoy listening to a variety of genres. I'm a big fan of hip-hop, country, R&B, rock, Spanish, and indie music. I also enjoy going to concerts and music festivals. You can usually find me at a show or a festival during the summer.
